Salad recipe with salmon and grapefruit

Here is a recipe for a refreshing salad with salmon and grapefruit:


For the salad:

300 g salmon (fresh or baked), sliced
4 cups of a mixture of leafy greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)
1 grapefruit, cut into slices or segments
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

For dressing:

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


If you use raw salmon, cook it according to your preference (you can bake it in the oven or cook it in a frying pan).

In a large bowl, combine a mixture of leafy greens, salmon, grapefruit, red onion, walnuts and parsley.

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, grapefruit juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.

Serve the salmon and grapefruit salad immediately to preserve freshness and flavor.

Grapefruit - helps strengthen joints.
