Caesar salad recipe with salmon

Here is a recipe for Caesar salad with salmon:

Ingredients:

For the salad:

2 heads of romano lettuce, torn into small pieces
200 g lightly salted salmon, cut into thin slices
1 cube of hard cheese (e.g. parmesan), thinly sliced or grated
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 cup walnuts, preferably toasted
Shrimp (optional)


For refueling:

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions:

Prepare salad leaves, tomatoes, cheese, walnuts and shrimp (if using).

Fry the salmon slices in a frying pan with a little olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Let them cool down.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing: mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.

In a large bowl, combine lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cheese, walnuts and shrimp (if using). Pour over the dressing and mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly covered with sauce.

Arrange the salad on plates and garnish with slices of salmon on top.

Useful properties:
Greens - contains a lot of fiber.
Salmon - helps strengthen joints.
